6 - 1/2" pork chops dredged in 2 TB flour and 1/2 tsp salt
1 small onion sliced or chopped up
1 Tb shortening
2 TB Sugar
1/4 tp ginger
1/2 can concentrated OJ

Directions:
Directions:
brown chops in shortening with chopped up onion. pour ginger/OJ sauce over and simmer until done and tender, about 45 min.
