16 oz. polska kielbasa
1 egg
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed, lightly rolled out
honey mustard, barbecue sauce or apricot jam, for serving (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Cut kielbasa into 6 (4-inch) pieces. Cut puff pastry sheets into thirds (6 strips). Roll kielbasa in puff pastry; place on a baking sheet. Beat egg in a small dish; brush over pastry. Bake until golden brown/puffed, 20 minutes. Serve with mustard, sauce or jam.
