1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
3/4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
3/4 c. milk
1 t. salt
1 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. pepper
3 T. flour
1 1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Make ahead and freeze for fast meatballs anytime. Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls. Combine flour, paprika and salt. Gently roll meatballs in flour mixture and place on greased rack in a foil-lined 13x9 pan. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with favorite sauce.
