"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

6 half~oz pieces of variety of your favorite chocolates 2 tsp. storebought hot chocolate mix 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 cups milk 3 cups ice whipped cream chocolate shavings
Chop the chocolate into small pieces & place it in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring occasionally until melted. Add the hot chocolate mix and sugar, stirring constantly until thoroughly blended. Remove from heat & slowly add 1/2 cup of the milk & stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature. In a blender place the remaining cup of milk, the room temperature chocolate mixture, & the ice. Blend on high speed until smooth & the consistency of a frozen daiquiri. Pour into a giant goblet & top with whipped cream & chocolate shavings. Enjoy with a spoon or straw~or both!
Suggestions~ Add 2 tbps. of peanut butter to the blender for Peanut Butter Frrrozen Hot chocolate. Add a shot of espresso to the blender for a Frrrozen Mochaccino
