1 lb. hot ground pork sausage
3 white bread slices
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
3 lg. eggs
1 c. milk
1 t. prepared mustard
1/8 t. pepper
2 c. chopped Baked Glazed Ham (recipe in this book)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat; stir until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well. Arrange bread slices in lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread, then add half of cheese. Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with ham; top with remaining cheese. Cover and chill 8 hours. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
