12 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
3 T. crystallized ginger
1 med. navel orange, unpeeled, coarsely chopped
2 jalapeņo peppers, seeded, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. fresh mint leaves
1 c. sugar
OPTIONAL GARNISH: fresh mint sprigs, orange wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse cranberries in food processor until minced. Transfer to small bowl. Pulse orange and next 4 ingredients in processor 3-5 times until finely chopped. Stir into cranberries; cover; chill. Garnish, if desired.
