12 oz. pkg. vanilla wafers
3/4 c. butter, melted
10 oz. pkg. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. pecan pieces, chopped
12 1/4 oz. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Place vanilla wafers in heavy duty zip-top plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin to fine crumbs. Stir together vanilla wafer crumbs and butter, press into bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with morsels and pecans. Drizzle with caramel topping.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Chill 30 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
