2 cups pineapple juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 T chopped green onions
2 cups cubed cooked pork or chicken
pineapple chunks

Directions:

In a large saucepan, boil together first six ingredients, until thickened. Add meat and pineapple and stir until hot. Serve over rice.
