2 lbs fresh or frozen meatballs 1 lbs brown sugar 3 tbsp. wondra or cornstarch 1 can chunk pineapples 1 green pepper 1 or 2 tsp. cider vinegar 1 small can frozen orange juice
Brown or thaw meatballs. Drain pineapples, and reserve juice. Mix brown sugar & wondra together. Add pineapple juice, o.j. & vinegar. When Sauce gets thick add meatballs, also a little water to cover meatballs. Simmer on low heat in a crockpot for 4 hours. Add pineapple & green peppers 1/2 before done.
