2 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced fresh thyme OR 3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking pan lined with foil. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with thyme, salt & pepper. Bake uncovered at 425 for 10-15 minutes, until crisp-tender.
