2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/4 cups oats
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingedients. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Stir in oats and milk until moistened.

Turn dough onto a floured surface. Roll out to 3/4 in thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place 1 inch apart on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
