Ingredients:  
5 T. butter
3 T. cocoa powder
1 c. sugar
5 oz. can evaporated milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk is cocoa, sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Return to medium heat and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream, brownies, your finger, a big spoon.... Refrigerate leftovers up to a week; reheat in microwave.
