1 lb hamburger
1c minute rice
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper
1/2c milk
2/3c water
1 tsp lemon juice
cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp parsley
minute rice

Gravy

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c water
1/2 c milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients with meat. Form meatballs. On a cookie sheet put meatballs under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes. Pour gravy over top.
