2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
4 Tbsp flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 cube butter
1 tsp.vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a saucepan. Add milk and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for five minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
