4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast or 1 pork loin
1 1/3 c. tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic power

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the sauce in slow cooker, add meat, coat well. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours; shred up the meat. Cook another 4 hours on low to make sure meat is done. Heat on low for serving on buns.
