CAKE: 1 stick margarine 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. self-rising flour 16 oz. can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
ICING: 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. chocolate chips Nuts (optional)
CAKE: Butter pan. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. ICING: Mix sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil (about 2 minutes). Add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour over hot cake.
