CAKE:
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
2 sticks Parkay margarine
1 c. water
5 T. cocoa

ICING:
1 stick margarine
5 T. cocoa
7 T. milk
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together in large bowl. Melt margarine in saucepan. Add water and cocoa to margarine and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into flour mixture. Using mixer, beat until smooth. Grease an 11x17 jelly roll/sheet pan that is at least 3/4 in. deep and pour in cake batter. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
ICING:
Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Use mixer to blend all ingredients. Pour HOT icing over HOT cake.
