Brownie:
5 eggs beaten
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup (about 3/4 cup)
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c flour
3/4 c Canola oil
1 tsp Vanilla

Icing:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup Carnation milk
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla







Directions:

Mix 5 eggs; add chocolate syrup. Wash can and add 1 can sugar, 1 can flour, 1 can oil, add vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured pan
Bake 325 35 to 40 minutes

Icing: Boil all ingredients, except vanilla 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let frosting cool, while thin - beat until thick enough to spread. Just like fudge.
