2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp Cream of tartar
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, oil, baking soda, salt, margarine and eggs. Add the cream of tartar and flour and mix. Roll in a ball and flatten with the bottom of a small cup covered in sugar. Bake in 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
