1/2 stick real butter 1/2 c. flour 1 c. milk 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese Chili powder Tortilla chips
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour. Add milk and heat until just boiling. Add cheese blending until melted and smooth (add additional milk for smoother texture). Add chili powder to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
