2 or 3 tbsp. of bacon grease
3 tbsp of flour
whole milk
salt & pepper to taste
Texas Toast
1-2 tsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
After frying bacon, take the grease and add a few tablespoons of flour. Stir together and fry the flour until it all becomes paste-like. Slowly whisk in whole milk. Add a little salt and no pepper. {Merri does not like pepper}. And cook until thickened.

Make toast with Texas Style bread, which is extra thick sliced white bread. Spread with margarine.

Put the gravy in a bowl and toast on a plate. Merri dips the toast into the gravy.
