2 T Minced Onions
2 T Oil
1 T Flour
1 lg can Tomatoes
2 tsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onion in the oil. Add the flour and make a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for 1/2 hour.

I use the same sauce to make Spanish rice. You could make the sauce hotter by adding hot peppers or more hot sauce.
