3 tbsp butter
1 med carrot diced
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tbsp flour
4 cup milk
1 cube chicken bouillon
6 med potatoes cubed
2 tbsp parleys
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pan. Add carrot and onion saute until tender. Blend in flour when bubbly, gradually stir in milk and bullion cube. When slightly thickened add 1/2 potatoes, mash other half and add. Stir in parsley and season salt.
