6 potatos peeled and boiled
grated cheese
5 cups of flour
1 tsp.salt
2 eggs beaten
Bacon
1 onion chopped
11/2 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatos
Fry bacon and onion together
Mix flour,salt eggs and oil and water. Cover and let sit for 2 hours.
When potatos are ready drain,mash or whip add grated cheese until melted.
Grab dough a little at a time as it is relly strong,roll out cut int rounds fill with potao mixture seal edges with water,boil until they float. Drain and add to the bacon and onion mixture. Can be eaten right away,or can freeze them . Place individually on cookie sheet freeze then bag them up.

Ladies if you can get your husbands or boy friends to do the rolling of the dough,it's alot easier,as when I make them on my own I fell like it takes me hour just to roll the dough. Have you noticed I havn't made any lately.
