For a 3 oz. glass:
2 oz. blended whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
sweet cherry syrup

Mix ingredients, then throw in ice cubes.

Note: I am not sure how all of this fits in a 3 oz. glass. However, when Cass brings the Manhattans they are already cold and no ice cubes are used.
