c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa

Topping
c. sugar
c. brown sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and spread in pan. Sprinkle topping mix over batter and pour 1 cups boiling water over top of cake. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
