Ingredients:
1 lb (4 C) fresh cranberries
1 crisp apple, quartered and cored, but not peeled
1 orange, peel and all
1 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all fruits through a grinder (or food processor). Stir in the sugar. Store in covered container in refrigerator.

Frozen cranberries can be used if you let them get partially thawed before grinding/chopping.

Cut the stem end off of the orange and discard it.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Great as a relish with poultry and pork. If using a food processor, take care not to get the fruits chopped too finely - a little crunch is good.
