Ingredients:  
1 Large head broccoli broken into small pieces (Use whatever parts you like)
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 Med red onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb crisp cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
1/3 C slivered almonds

Dressing:
1/2 C Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Red Wine vinegar
1/4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dressing and set aside.
In medium sized bowl, mix together salad ingredients and then toss with dressing. Allow to refrigerate for couple of hours before serving.
