1 med pumpkin
1 C cooked rice
1 lbs hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 8 oz can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Clean out pumpkin, set aside. Brown together onion and hamburger until completely cooked. In a large bowl, mix together soup, soy sauce and brown sugar. Add hamburger mixture and water chestnuts and mix well. Spoon entire mixture into pumpkin and put lid back on and put in 350 F oven and bake on low rack for 1 hours.
