3 C finely chopped Rhubarb
1 1/4 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1 or 2 Pie Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the rhubarb and sugar in a bowl. Prepare the pie shell. Add the 3 eggs to the rhubarb and stir well. Put the rhubarb into the pie shell. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
