Set 1
1 3/4 C boiling water
1 C oatmeal
1 C packed brown sugar
1 C granulated sugar
1 cube butter

Set 2
2 beaten eggs, room temp
1 3/4 C all purpose flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs cocoa powder

Preheat Oven temp at 350

Mix Set 1 ingredients together and allow to set for a minimum of 10 minutes. Add set 2
Mix well. Butter and cocoa powder muffin tins
cover each cup bottom with chocolate chips; fill 2/3 full; add a few more chocolate chips, and a sprinkling of nuts.
I really donít know how long to bake these, but I would guess 15-20 minutes. Iím wondering about using liner cups instead of grease and flour.
