3/4 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Mayo
1/4 c Finely chopped Shallot or Onion
2 T finely chopped fresh Chives (or dry)
1 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/4 t celery salt
1 head Iceberg Lettuce, core trimmed
1/2 c Halved and whole cherry Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together buttermilk, mayo, shallot, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper and celery salt in small bowl. Cover w/ plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.

Cut lettuce lengthwise into quarters. Transfer a wedge to each of 4 plates. Drizzle each wedge with dressing, and garnish with tomatoes.
