1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon, garlic minced
3 cups water
1 can, white beans, small
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 cups onions, sliced
4 cups, cabbage shredded
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons basil, dried

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 quart pan, heat oil; add onions and sauté until translucent. Add cabbage and cook on low until wilted. Stir occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
