1 c. shortening (part margarine)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix shortening, sugar and eggs thoroughly. Blend flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt together then stir into mixture. Combine 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
