Coffee Cake Recipe

Coffee Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant coconut cream pudding or toasted almond mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Sugar mix:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 - 1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all cake ingredients in medium bowl for 6-10 minutes.In small bowl combine cinnamon, sugar & nuts.
Pour half of the batter in a greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Top with the rest of the batter in the pan and sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture. Place in a 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.
