3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Glaze:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. orange juice (not from concentrate)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. In a smaller bowl combine eggs, milk, oil, poppy seeds, vanilla and almond extract, then add to dry ingredients and blend completely.

Pour into two (8x4) loaf pans and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine glaze ingredients. Pour over top of bread while it is still warm. Remove bread from pan when cool.
