1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, and butter. Combine dry ingredients stir into pumpkin mixture. Fold in nuts and cranberries. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 350 for 70 min.
