1 1/2 c. broccoli
1 large bunch of Romaine lettuce
Red onion to taste
1/2 c. walnuts
1 pkg. ramen noodles
2 T. butter

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Discard the ramen seasoning packet and saute the noddles in butter. Combine and shake all dressing ingredients. Toss all salad fixings with dressing and serve.
