1/2 c. warm water
3 pkgs. yeast
1 T. honey
4 1/2 c. warm water
13c. honey
2 T. salt
1 c. sugar
2 1/3 c. oil
6-7 c. whole wheat flour
8 c. unbleached white flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. --Dissolve and let stand 5 minutes.

2. In large bowl mix warm water, oil, honey, salt and sugar. Add yeast mixture and mix in whole wheat flour. Knead and let raise twice. Put in greased loaf pans and let raise a third time.

3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then at 325 for 20 minutes.
