1 can crab meat (7.5oz); 1 can shrimp (7.5oz); 2 c mayonnaise; 2 c chopped celery; 1 green pepper,chopped fine; 1 medium onion cut fine; 1 tsp salt; 1 c drained mushrooms; 2 Tbsp butter; 1 c sliced water chestnuts, drained; 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped; 1 c slivered almonds; 1 c toasted bread crumbs

Combine melted butter and browned crumbs and nuts lightly. Butter 9x13 casserole dish. Mix all ingredients except topping. Spread in casserole, spread with topping. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hr. *Dottie used 14 oz mock crab (chunk type) and cut in bite size pieces.
