1 lb. ground beef
1lb. sausage ( hot or mild)
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans Totel tomatoes with green chilies
1 med. onion - chopped
1 lb. Velvetta (regular or Mexican) sliced or cubed.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and sausage with onion. Drain well and place in a crockpot set on medium or high and add the remaining ingredients Stir occasionally until well mixed and cheese is completely melted. Turn crockkpot to warm or low and serve as dip with flour or corn chip's

NOTE: You can make this as milk or hot as you like by adding hot sausage, Mexican Velvetta, extra green chilies, etc..
