Ingredients:  
1 cup crisco
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups unsifted flour
12 oz choc chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, soda, salt together,,set aside...
Mix crisco, white & brown sugars,,together, add eggs,,Add vanilla,,add flour mixture,,
drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet..

Bake 375 degrees,,,about 10 min...watch ,,,
DO NOT OVER BAKE.. these are best when chewy..
