2 c.cooked wild rice(1/2c. uncooked)
2/3 c. green onions. chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
8c. chicken stock
1 c. light cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook wild rice. Saute onions, celery and mushrooms just until softened slightly. Remove vegetables from butter; set aside.

2. Sprinkle flour into butter and stir. Let bubble, being careful not to brown. Add chicken stock to butter and flour. Stir; heat until well blended and thick.

3. Add vegetables, wild rice and cream. Heat gently....If making your own stock, can add small pieces of chicken to the soup.
