1 cucumber, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green tomato, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vinegar and sugar and pour over chopped vegetables. Let set about 1 hour or more. Serve. Keeps well.
