2/3 cup boiling water 1 (4-serving size) pkg strawberry jello Ice cubes 1/2 cup cold water 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped 1 ready-to-use graham cracker pie crust 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Stir boiling water and jello in large mixing bowl until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure one cup. Add to jello; stir well until slightly thickened. Add cool whip; stir with whisk until well blended. Stir in chopped strawberries. Pour into pie crust. Place sliced strawberries on top. Store in refrigerator.
