2 lbs hamburger
Onion to taste, diced
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 cups mixed vegetables (or a single vegetable if you like)
Mashed potatoes (enough to cover casserole)
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Mix together with soup and vegetables in 9x13 pan. Cover with potatoes. Bake in 350 oven until heated through. Cover potatoes with cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
