2/3 C Corn syrup 2 C sugar 2/3 C boiling water 2 Tbs melted butter 2 Tbs vanilla (or other flavoring) 2 Tbs cram tartar 1/8 tsp baking soda Cooked popcorn
Combine syrup, sugar, water and vinegar. Heat to boiling and then add cream tartar. Boil to soft crack stage, remove from heat. Add butter, baking soda and vanilla (or other flavoring). When making balls, be sure to wet hands. Let balls cool on wax paper.
