6 Eggs, beaten stiff
1 C flour
1 C sugar
1/3 C boiling water
2 tsp baking powder
Choice of flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients and pour into pan to about inch thickness and bake until done. After taking out of pan, cut the hard edges off then spread with jelly and roll in cloth until cool.
