2 C prepared ripe tomatoes (peeled and diced) 1 box sure-jel 5 ½ C sugar 1 ½ C crushed pineapple 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbs vinegar ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp allspice ¼ tsp ground gloves
Mix pectin with pineapple, tomatoes and seasoning, bring to a hard boil. Then add sugar. Bring to full rolling boil and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir and shim for 5 minutes, put in glass jars and seal.
