¼ C soya sauce
2 Tbs sugar
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic (ground or chopped)
1 tsp salt
3 lbs chicken wings or pieces, cut in sections

Directions:
Directions:
Spread chicken in shallow baking dish, and pour sauce over. Marinate about 4 hours—turning chicken occasionally. Remove chicken from sauce, and broil 8-10 minutes on each side. Place on rack about 7 or 8 inches below broiler unit.
